​This course is designed for situations where processes are inefficient, but the root causes are unclear. Participants learn how to move beyond symptoms, identify sources of waste, and implement improvements that support better performance, cost efficiency, and customer and employee satisfaction. 

 

Throughout the course, participants apply tools and techniques through real-world case studies and practical exercises.
