About Us

Inexertus is a Project Management and Lean Six Sigma training and consulting firm. We have delivered fundamentals to advanced project management training courses and consulting to establish and operate a project management office (PMO) in several private companies and government organizations.

 

In addition to our training programs, we offer consulting services in Project Controls, including assessments and targeted improvements through PEMS, a construction project management system for Project Controls that integrates planning (estimating), finance (invoicing), and physical completion. PEMS enables greater transparency and consistency to track variances and margins, forecast final cost and completion date, and report on the progress of capital projects.
