About Us

Inexertus is a Project Management and Lean Six Sigma training and consulting firm. We have delivered fundamentals to advanced project management training courses and consulting to establish and operate a project management office (PMO) in several private companies and government organizations.

 

In addition to the training and consulting, we have developed an effective integrated project planning and execution methodology and software (PEMS) to track margins, improve performance and increase profits in construction projects using Lean Construction and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - LEED.
